By purchasing from the Everbloom SMP Store, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

• You must have a valid Minecraft account and access to the Everbloom SMP server.
• Some purchases require specific ranks (e.g., VIP) before upgrading—please check item descriptions carefully.

2. Non-Refundable Purchases

• All sales are final and non-refundable.
• This includes mistaken purchases, unmet requirements, or user error.

3. Item Delivery

• Items are delivered automatically in-game shortly after purchase.
• If you don’t receive your items, please open a support ticket on our Discord.

4. Server Rules & Fair Play

• All purchases are cosmetic or quality-of-life based. Everbloom SMP is not pay-to-win.
• Buying a rank or perk does not exempt players from server rules. Violations may lead to punishment without refund.

5. Payment Security

• All payments are processed through secure third-party providers.
• We do not store any personal or financial data directly.

6. Changes to Perks or Store Content

• We reserve the right to adjust or modify any store item, rank, or perk at any time.
• Perks may evolve with server updates or balancing changes.

7. Disputes & Chargebacks

• Chargebacks without prior contact may result in a permanent ban from the server and store.
• If you experience an issue, please reach out via our Discord support first.
